Both types of bags are made of LDPE plastic. Furthermore, the thickness. in micron (my) determines the capacity.
We also have carrier bags in both HDPE and LDPE. Both good carrier bags. HDPE does not stretch. these are the "squat bags". These carrier bags are usually used only once. LDPE stretches when something heavy is in it. These bags are also good to use several times.
